每名參賽者可提交最多3份作品，惟每名參加者最多可獲一個獎項。
Each participant may submit up to 3 entries, but each participant may receive 1 award only.

檔案格式必須為JPEG，大小不得超過5MB。
The submission must be in JPEG format, and the file size must not exceed 5MB.

參賽作品可以任意數碼器材拍攝，可採用彩色、黑白形式，亦可經電腦剪裁、處理一般顏色、光暗反差，但不接受其他電腦加工合成作品The photo may be taken using any digital equipment. It may be in colour on in black-and-white. It may be computer-edited for cropping and adjustments for brightness, colour and contrast, but computer-processed synthetic images will not be accepted.

作品必須為參賽者原創，並擁有全部版權。如發現有抄襲成分並侵犯第三方權益、版權條例或相關責任，主辦機構對此不負有任何責任，且抄襲者之參賽資格將被取消，所得獎項亦須歸還主辦機構。
All entries must be original works of the participant, and the participant must be the copyright-holder of the submitted work. The organizer shall not be liable for any claims arising from or relevant to the infringement of copyrights or the interests of third parties. The participant who made the copyright-infringing submission would also be disqualified, and his or her award, if any, would be revoked and returned to the organizer.

所有於比賽截止後提交的作品將不獲接納（以報名系統時間爲準），提交之物品亦不會發還參加者。
Entries submitted after the submission deadline (according to the time on the application system) will not be accepted and will not be returned to the participant.

所有參賽者應保留全解像度相片，如獲獎項，主辦機構可能要求參賽者提交原相或原始檔案核實和展示（原作JPEG、Raw、TIFF 檔案）。
All participants should keep the full-resolution photo. If he or she received an award, the organizer may ask the participant to submit the original photo or the original file (the JPEF, Raw or TIFF file of the original photo) for purposes of verification and exhibition.

評審委員會擁有賽果的最終決定權，參賽者不得異議。
The judging panel has the right to make final decision on the results of the competition, and participants has not right of appreal.

獲獎作品的版權由作者和主辦機構共同持有，主辦機構可因應需要行使作品的使用權，出版、展覽、宣傳之權利。平等機會委員會亦保留作品的各項使用權利。
The copyrights of the awarded entries will be held jointly by the author and the organizer. The organizer and Equal Opportunities Commission may exercise its rights to use, publish, exhibit or publicise the awarded entries where it sees fits.

比賽章則如有未盡之處，主辦機構保留解釋權利，並可隨時修訂，不作另行通知。
The organizer bears the right to interpret and amend the competition rules without notice.

比賽章則以中文版本爲準。
Where there are conflicts between English and Chinese version of the rules, the Chinese version shall prevail.
